Steps to reproduce The 22 chemical constituents were purified using multiple chromatographic methods (e.g., high-speed counter-current chromatography, medium-pressure liquid chromatography, preparative and recycling high-performance liquid chromatography) from Ficus deltoidea leaves. All constituents were identified unambiguously based on spectroscopic data (NMR, UV and MS). NMR spectra were recorded on a 500 MHz Varian Inova spectrometer or CryoProbe Bruker 600 MHz spectrometer. The LC-PDA-MS were acquired using an Acquity UHPLC system coupled with a Micromass LCT Premier Time-of-Flight mass spectrometer (ToF-MS) and photodiode array (PDA) detector (Waters, Milford, USA).
